Content of the trainee program
A diverse concept spanning 18 months reflects the development goal of our trainee program. From the beginning on our trainees take over responsible and exciting tasks of everyday business as well as ongoing projects. They are supported by skills and personality development training and a personal tutor, who offers ongoing support throughout the program. Job rotation enables extensive on-the-job learning and getting to know different sub-areas of a department.
Our traineeships start at the beginning of the quarter and have so far been implemented in Human Resources, Commercial (Marketing & Sales), Key Account Management, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Production. In the past years a group-wide trainee network has developed, promoting cross-area and cross-border exchange.
The basic concept of the trainee program is the same for all fields, but due to subject-specific reasons the traineeships may differ slightly depending on the department.

Prerequisites for joining the trainee program
We will continue to focus on this development program in the future and are looking for strong personalities with a go-getting, hands-on approach who are highly motivated to learn. It is very important to us that trainees stay with the company after completing the program. Your convincing profile:
- Master’s degree or equivalent with a specialization in the respective field
- Initial relevant professional experience in the respective field
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Very good MS Office skills are a prerequisite, SAP skills are of advantage
- Proactive, hands-on mindset and high motivation to learn coupled with strong commitment
- Go-getting mentality and stamina as well as a passion to move and drive things forward
